While we personally connected and setup BitDefender for you and ensured everything was working properly, if the user removes exclusions afterwards we cannot control that. Exclusions should always stay in place until you remove them.

If BitDefender's exclusions are being erased when you reboot the computer, or update BitDefender, then there may be an issue with your BitDefender installation.
Hello- While SpyAgent's installer can automatically add exclusions to some antivirus products when ran with administrator authorization, BitDefender is unfortunately not one of them (they do not allow third-party control/access).
